Design and implement high quality, reusable and scalable test automation frameworks for web, mobile API and desktop applications.
Promote adoption of AI driven testing tools and methodologies where applicable.
Creating and maintaining TA frameworks, TA solutions which can be used by all/many projects & programs with TA across a company
Identifying the best-fit languages, TA frameworks, TA tools, data input and output methods/types for a project or program TA solution
Lead and manage the testing team to ensure the successful implementation of automation testing strategies and design robust automation frameworks.
Collaborate on test case design for comprehensive coverage.
Ensure correct test environments are setup and ready.
Integrate automation into CI/CD pipelines for continuous testing.
Oversee test execution, monitor results, and generate reports.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the delivery of high-quality software products.
Identify data requirements and ensure availability of test data.
Establish governance processes for consistency.
Maintain documentation and follow compliance standards.

Professional and Technical Skills -

Proficiency in Automated Testing. - Strong understanding of software testing principles and methodologies.
Experience in designing and implementing automated test scripts and frameworks.
Hands-on experience with test automation tools such as TOSCA and test management tool like ALM .
Solid knowledge of programming languages such as Java or Python.
Experience in Agile development methodologies.
Experience working as a test automation architect in a testing / quality function for SAP / ERP landscape.

Good to have Skills -

Governanace and Service Improvements -

Ensure test automation KPIs are documented, tracked, monitored and reported.
Experience with preparing and presenting weekly / monthly dashboard / governance reports to customer stakeholders and project teams.
Experience with proposing and implementing test automation improvements with an objective to improve quality and efficiency of testing services, processes and tools in tangible manner.

Others -

Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
The candidate should have a minimum of 12 years of experience in Automated Testing.
Fluent English communication skills, both verbal and written, enabling effective collaboration across regions and functions.
