Automation Lead

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design, development, and implementation of automation frameworks for cloud infrastructure provisioning, configuration, and management.
• Develop and maintain Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform, Ansible, or CloudFormation.
• Collaborate with cloud architects, BAU support teams, and security teams to define automation standards and best practices.
• Automate deployment pipelines, monitoring, and operational tasks to enhance system reliability and scalability.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex infrastructure and automation issues.
• Mentor and guide junior engineers and automation specialists.
• Evaluate and integrate new tools and technologies to improve automation capabilities.
• Ensure compliance with security and governance policies across all automation processes.
