Automation Engineer (Freelancer)

Role Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Automation Engineer with at least 2 years of experience to design, build, and optimize automated systems for various internal and external operations. You'll play a key role in enhancing process efficiency, reducing manual workload, and contributing to the seamless execution of AI development projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement automation scripts and frameworks to support data pipelines, internal tools, and business processes.
• Improve and optimize existing automation solutions for performance, reliability, and scalability.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify automation opportunities across departments.
• Ensure high-quality code through testing, debugging, and documentation.
• Monitor automation tools and workflows for consistency and accuracy in execution.

Required Qualifications:

• 2+ years of hands-on experience in automation engineering.
• Strong programming skills in Python, Java, or other relevant languages.
• Proficiency in automation tools such as Selenium, Jenkins, Ansible, or similar.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines, scripting, and workflow automation.
• Strong analytical mindset and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, remote-first environment.
