Responsibilities
Site commissioning in line with project schedule allotted
Drive configuration testing.
Establish interface between PLC IT, PLC-PLC 3rd party/ boughtout solutions.
System Integrated trails.
PLC program configuration changes as per min guidance from HO team.
System operational maintenance training to customer internal service
Smooth system handover to customer internal service
Maintain document daily work progress report.
As built project documentation.
Automation commissioning documentation
Maintain records of above documents.

min. 2-years of experience in the field of material handling solution
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in PLC programming, preferably Siemens TIA Rockwell Studio 5000.
Commissioning troubleshooting of industrial communication system viz. Profibus, Profinet, AS-I, Ethernet/IP, etc.
Knowledge of configuring, commissioning troubleshooting of VFD s.
Knowledge of Interface with 3rd party via TCP/IP, S7 communication, OPC-UA, etc.
Siemens Rockwell PLC to PLC communication.
Good oral communication skills.
Customer oriented approach.
Good problem-solving skills.
Good planning decision-making skills.
