Open to travel and work out of the UAE as per project requirements

Experience:

• 15+ years of overall experience in QA / Test Automation

• Minimum 5 years hands on experience in UI Path Automation

Role Overview

We are seeking a highly experienced Automation Solution Architect to lead the design and implementation of scalable test automation solutions across web and mobile platforms. The role requires deep hands-on expertise, strong architectural thinking, and the ability to work closely with senior stakeholders across geographies, including onsite engagement in the UAE.

Key Responsibilities

Automation Architecture & Strategy

• Define and drive end-to-end automation architecture for web and mobile applications.

• Design scalable, maintainable, and reusable automation frameworks using Selenium and Appium.

• Establish automation standards, best practices, governance, and long-term roadmap.

Hands-on Technical Leadership

• Provide strong hands-on leadership in:

• Selenium (Web Automation)

• Appium (Mobile Automation – Android & iOS)

• UiPath, including:

• UiPath Frameworks

• UiPath Test Manager

• UiPath Orchestrator

• Implement and enforce OOPS principles and Page Object Model (POM).

• Review and guide automation framework design, code quality, and technical solutions.

Device Farm & Cross-Platform Testing

• Lead automation execution using device farms such as BrowserStack.

• Ensure effective cross-browser, cross-device, and cross-platform test coverage.

Stakeholder & Team Management

• Act as a technical advisor for internal and client stakeholders.

• Translate business and quality requirements into robust automation solutions.

• Mentor and guide automation teams on frameworks, tools, and best practices.

• Participate in solution design discussions, effort estimations, and architecture reviews.

Mandatory Skills & Experience

• 15+ years of experience in QA / Automation.

• 5 years as an UI Path Automation

• Strong hands-on experience with:

• Selenium

• Appium

• UiPath, UiPath Test Manager, UiPath Orchestrator

• Strong implementation experience in:

• OOPS concepts

• Page Object Model (POM)

• Hands-on experience with Browser Stack or similar device farms.

• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.

• Willingness to travel and work onsite from the UAE as required.

Good to Have

• Experience working with enterprise or large-scale automation programs.

• Exposure to CI/CD integration and automation execution pipelines.

• Prior experience in BFSI or regulated domains.
