Auto loan Sales Manager

Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage a team of sales professionals to achieve targets for auto loan products such as car loans, commercial vehicle loans, refinancing, used car loans, and LCV loans.
• Develop and implement effective strategies to increase sales revenue growth in the Punjab region.
• Build strong relationships with dealerships across Punjab to expand business opportunities.
• Conduct regular performance reviews with team members to identify areas of improvement and provide coaching/training where necessary.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
