Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage a team responsible for collection of auto loans, commercial vehicle loans, used car loans, and other financing products.
• Oversee the entire state operations, ensuring effective debt recovery through various channels (in-house & outsourced).
• Handle receivables, P&L, and inventory management to optimize revenue growth.
• Develop strategies to improve collection efficiency, reduce delinquencies, and enhance customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve issues related to loan disbursements, interest rate modifications, etc.

Desired Candidate Profile

• 5-10 years of experience in auto finance industry with expertise in auto loans, commercial vehicle loans, used car loans, etc.
• Excellent communication skills for effective state handling and team management.
• Strong understanding of collection management principles and practices.
• Ability to analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
