Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage a team responsible for recovering outstanding debts from customers through various channels such as soft bucket, repossession, NPA management, and debt recovery.
• Oversee the entire collections process from initial stages to final realization of dues.
• Develop strategies to improve collection efficiency and reduce delinquencies.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements related to auto loans (car loan), commercial vehicle loans (CVL), used car loans (UCL), tractor loans (TL), refinancing, four-wheeler finance, LCV financing, HCV financing, auto finance & refinance.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders including sales teams to identify potential issues before they become major problems.
