About the Role:

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Audit Manager to join our CA firm. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in audit, compliance, and financial reporting, along with the ability to manage and lead a team effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct and manage internal audits and statutory audits
• Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and audit standards
• Handle GST audits and tax audits efficiently
• Prepare and review financial statements and reports
• Identify risks and provide actionable recommendations
• Coordinate with clients and maintain strong professional relationships
• Lead, mentor, and manage audit team members
• Ensure timely completion of audit assignments

Required Skills & Competencies:

• Strong knowledge of audit compliance and procedures
• Expertise in internal and statutory audits
• Good understanding of GST and taxation
• Proficiency in financial reporting
• Leadership and team management skills
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Good communication and interpersonal skills

Eligibility Criteria:

• Qualification: Semi-Qualified CA / Chartered Accountant
• Experience: Minimum 3 years in audit domain (preferably in a CA firm)
