1) Audit Manager – Audit

Role Summary:
The Audit Manager will lead and manage audit engagements end-to-end under the remote service delivery model, ensuring execution in line with Grant Thornton's audit methodology, tools, regulatory framework, and quality standards. The role involves team leadership, client interaction, engagement delivery, and contribution to talent development initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage multiple audit engagements ensuring timely and high-quality delivery
- Apply strong technical expertise in accounting and auditing standards with relevant industry exposure
- Supervise, review, and guide work performed by Senior Associates and Associates
- Manage budgets, timelines, and engagement risks
- Maintain effective client communication and handle escalations
- Conduct quality reviews of audit documentation and workpapers
- Provide on-the-job training, mentoring, and classroom training to team members
- Participate in recruitment drives and people development initiatives
- Stay updated with changes in accounting standards and regulatory requirements
2) Associate Director (AD) – Audit
Experience: 10–14+ years
Location: Delhi & Mumbai
Role Summary:
The Associate Director will provide strategic leadership across multiple audit engagements, act as a key client relationship manager, and support Partners in driving practice growth, audit quality, and people development. This role involves oversight of large and complex engagements, escalation management, and contribution to business development and firm-wide initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide leadership and oversight for multiple large and complex audit engagements
- Act as the primary point of contact for key and strategic clients
- Ensure compliance with audit methodology, quality standards, timelines, and budgets
- Review and resolve complex accounting, auditing, and reporting matters
- Lead client and internal escalations effectively
- Support Partners in proposals, client pitches, and business development initiatives
- Drive process improvements, efficiency, and innovation within the audit practice
- Mentor and develop Managers and senior team members; identify future leaders
- Play a key role in recruitment strategy, talent retention, and succession planning
- Represent the firm at professional forums and contribute to thought leadership
Mandatory Qualification (Both Roles)
- CA / CPA / ACCA
