Audit executive - IC&Q

Role Responsibilities:

1. Conduct scheduled and surprise visits for branches as per the HO's schedule.
2. Gather market intelligence on the MFI business in the assigned area.
3. Maintain and track the collection quality within the catchment area, advising branches on caution areas.
4. Support field teams in difficult collection cases and conduct investigations when necessary.

Job Requirements:

1. Graduate/Post Graduate in any discipline.
2. Strong skills in market intelligence and audit.
3. Ability to manage collections and assist in high-priority cases.
4. Experience in conducting investigations and supporting field operations.
