- RERA project Registration, Extension, Revision, Quarterly Updates
- RERA Agent Registration
- Follow up with the client regarding project related data
- Understanding facts and figures of the case with the help of the client.
- Visiting MahaRERA department as and when necessary to resolve client queries.
- Representing clients at MahaRERA authority for queries.
- Need to coordinate with Self Regulatory Authority regarding RERA projects
- Priority management
- Need to visit client place & site visit as and when required
- Preparation of RERA form 3
- Preparation of RERA form 5
