Attorney PRofessional

Primary Responsibilities:

• Provide legal advice and support across IBM's business units and global functions.
• Support transactional activities, including drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial, services, software, and cloud contracts.
• Advise on regulatory compliance, privacy, cybersecurity, intellectual property, and data protection matters.
• Offer counsel on non-transactional legal issues, including procurement, HR, real estate, and finance-related matters.
• Support and advise in contractual disputes, litigation management, and risk mitigation strategies.
• Collaborate with global legal teams to enhance efficiency and consistency in legal service delivery.
• Contribute to process improvement initiatives within the Legal CoE to drive operational excellence.
• Work independently on legal matters, exercising sound judgment and demonstrating a high level of integrity and ethical conduct.
