Roles and Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality patient care as an Attending Consultant in the Emergency Department, ensuring timely diagnosis and treatment of patients with acute medical conditions.
• Supervise junior residents and medical students, guiding them on clinical practices, procedures, and protocols.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes, reduce morbidity, and improve departmental efficiency.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop effective treatment plans for complex cases.
• Maintain accurate records of patient interactions, treatments, and outcomes.

Desired Candidate Profile

• 0-3 years of experience as an Attending Consultant or equivalent role in an emergency department setting.
• Strong knowledge of emergency medicine principles, including triage, stabilization techniques, and critical care management.
• Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with patients, families, and multidisciplinary teams.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure during peak hours while maintaining attention to detail.
