Atlassian Architect – Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Atlassian Architect to design, implement, and manage enterprise Atlassian platforms supporting Agile, DevOps, and ITSM environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and manage enterprise architecture using Jira Software, Jira Service Management, Confluence, and Bitbucket.
• Configure workflows, automation rules, permission schemes, and notifications.
• Support Agile frameworks like Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe within Atlassian tools.
• Integrate Atlassian tools with CI/CD pipelines, DevOps tools, and enterprise platforms.
• Implement ITSM processes including incident, change, and problem management.
• Manage Atlassian Cloud and Data Center environments, ensuring performance, security, and scalability.
• Lead server-to-cloud migrations, platform upgrades, and automation initiatives.

Required Skills

• Strong experience with Atlassian platforms and administration
• Atlassian Cloud & Data Center architecture
• Workflow design, automation, and platform governance
• DevOps integration and Agile project management

Experience

• 8–12 years overall IT experience
• 5+ years of Atlassian tools experience

Preferred

• Experience with DevOps tools like Jenkins, GitHub, or Azure DevOps
• Knowledge of monitoring tools like Grafana or Prometheus
• Atlassian certifications (ACP / ACE)
