ATCI- Microsoft 365 Professional

Key Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and manage Microsoft 365 solutions for clients
• Provide technical support, troubleshooting, and issue resolution for Microsoft 365 services
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify, prioritize, and deliver project requirements
• Develop and maintain documentation of Microsoft 365 configurations, implementations, and best practices
• Conduct training sessions for end-users to ensure effective utilization of Microsoft 365 services
• Stay up-to-date with the latest features, updates, and best practices in Microsoft 365
• Ensure security compliance and adherence to organizational IT policies
• Assist in system integration and infrastructure management related to Microsoft 365 services

Technical Skills Required

• Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 services and administration
• Experience in troubleshooting Microsoft 365 applications and services
• Proficiency in PowerShell scripting for automation and management
• Understanding of system integration and infrastructure solutions
• Knowledge of IT security and compliance standards
