Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures aligned with organizational goals
- Handle employee grievances, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution
- Conduct training and development programs for employees to enhance skills and productivity
- Maintain HR records, documentation, and reports for management review
- Coordinate with management for workforce planning, succession planning, and talent retention initiatives
