Job Description

We are looking for a high-performing team member for driving Sales operations to meet target nos. for BAC for above territory. The team member shall report to leadership team for overall business.

Responsibilities

  • Achieve sales target by successfully driving sales for Evaporative Cooling Towers, Fluid Coolers, Evaporative Condensers, Adiabatic & Dry Coolers across markets served.
  • Ensure Bottom line and DSO in line with company norms
  • Design & implement a strategic business plan to create a pipeline that covers the niche addressable clientele for BAC.
  • Review & Pre-qualify Enquiry recd. from market. Making appropriate Product Selections, Techno-Commercial Proposals, technical & commercial compliance. Work closely with various stake holders to maintain a healthy win/quote ratio for above pipeline.
  • Build & promote strong, long-lasting relationships with end users, designers & contractors by partnering with them, understanding their needs & making proposals meeting their specific requirements 
  • Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status

Requirements

  • B-Tech / Diploma
  • Successful previous experience of sales(Products), consistently meeting or exceeding targets
  • Committed to self-development thru continuous education through workshops, seminars and conferences
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate, present & effectively influence across all levels
  • Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close
  • Strong business sense and industry expertise
