Asst Manager IT Recruitment
Job Description
•Manage end-to-end IT recruitment with focus on staff augmentation and professional services
•Lead, train, and mentor recruitment team members
•Allocate hiring requirements to team based on priorities
•Achieve individual and team recruitment targets
•Interact with senior stakeholders including GMs, VPs, and functional heads
•Optimize sourcing channels and implement cost-effective hiring strategies
•Manage vendor relationships and negotiate for resume sourcing
•Conduct interviews, participate in final selection, and negotiate offers
•Implement and utilize applicant tracking systems and recruitment tools
•Maintain MIS reports and ensure smooth administrative operations
•Handle full candidate lifecycle including sourcing, screening, and interview coordination
•Support campus hiring initiatives when required
