Asst Manager Inventory

Inventory Management & Audit

• Monitor and analyze inventory levels; reconcile physical inventories with ERP/SAP system records.

• Lead cycle counts, audits, and year-end physical inventory processes.

• Investigate inventory discrepancies and implement corrective actions.

• Forecast inventory requirements based on production schedules and sales projections.

Warehouse Operations & Process Optimization

• Design, implement, and optimize warehouse processes: inbound, outbound, putaway, picking, packing, and inventory management.

• Integrate WM/EWM with external systems, including barcode scanners.

• Support lean manufacturing and just-in-time (JIT) inventory practices.

• Ensure timely and uninterrupted material issuance to production/assembly lines.

SAP & System Management

• Configure, implement, and support SAP WM and related modules (MM/EWM).

• Maintain accurate inventory reporting and KPIs to track performance and drive improvements.

Team Leadership & Collaboration

• Train and manage inventory staff and warehouse personnel.

• Collaborate with production, planning, and engineering teams to ensure material availability.

• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to reduce excess stock and improve inventory turnover.
