Asst manager- FP&A

Key Responsibilities:

Financial Planning & Analysis:

• Lead financial planning and analysis initiatives to ensure NS and EBIT targets are met
• Conduct monthly Gross Margin reviews and implement margin improvement initiatives
• Perform competitive margin and profitability benchmarking

Collaboration with Sales & Marketing:

• Work closely with Sales and Marketing on innovation and new product launches
• Evaluate financial impact of promotions (trade and consumer) to ensure commitments are met
• Measure customer and brand profitability to influence trade spend decisions

Process & Automation:

• Partner with Sales on DMS (Distributor Management System) and assess effectiveness of new process automations
