Asst Manager

Key Responsibilities:

Process & Production Management:

• Operate all units from CCR, including V.R.M., ball mill, kiln, and coal mills.
• Monitor and optimize process efficiency, minimizing downtime and ensuring smooth operations.
• Implement process safety audits and heat & energy conservation measures.
• Conduct mill audits and optimize equipment performance.
• Coordinate process optimization studies and evaluate new project capacities.

Maintenance & Troubleshooting:

• Troubleshoot process problems and perform root cause analysis (RCA).
• Implement corrective actions and continuous improvement measures to eliminate recurrence of breakdowns.
• Plan shutdown jobs, coordinate contractors, and monitor execution.
• Ensure preventive and regular maintenance of all equipment.

Project Management:

• Erection coordination, material follow-up, cold and hot commissioning trials.
• Technical evaluation and selection of equipment.
• Coordination of new projects and process modifications.

Quality & Compliance:

• Coordinate with QC department to maintain product quality (clinker, cement).
• Ensure plant safety, HSE compliance, and good housekeeping standards.

Reporting & MIS:

• Formulate reports, maintain MIS, and monitor KPIs.
• Budget planning for production annually, quarterly, and monthly.
• Communicate effectively with engineers, supervisors, operators, and cross-functional teams.

Team Leadership & Training:

• Supervise, train, and mentor staff to improve productivity and technical competency.
• Foster a safe, healthy, and environment-friendly work culture.
