- Identify and scout tenders floated across relevant platforms to generate new business opportunities.
- Prepare timely, accurate, and error-free tender documentation with strong attention to detail.
- Participate in pre-bid meetings to negotiate specifications and present value propositions.
- Follow up consistently on supply orders, payments, and post-bid business opportunities.
- Coordinate with internal teams for technical inputs, estimations, and compliance requirements.
- Maintain tender records, timelines, and submission status for management review.
