Asst. Manager

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Maintain detailed project-wise cost records and ensure timely posting of cost adjustment entries in SAP/ERP systems.
• Monitor project budgets in collaboration with the planning and project execution teams.
• Track actual costs versus budgets and provide variance analysis with actionable insights.
• Review and validate all cost components, including material, labour, subcontractor charges, and overheads.
• Assist in the preparation of periodic cost reports for management review.
• Coordinate with procurement and execution teams to verify cost commitments and accruals.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities and report deviations from planned budgets.
• Ensure adherence to internal controls and standard costing practices.
• Support internal and external audits by preparing cost-related documentation.
• Collaborate with the finance team for project profitability analysis and MIS reporting.
