Asst. General Manager

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Leadership:

• Collaborate with stakeholders across Business Development, Projects (Wind & Solar), Operations Maintenance, Procurement, Power Evacuation, Legal Compliance, Logistics, HR, Statutory, and Land departments to align strategies with organizational and project goals.
• Identify and mitigate risks to ensure efficient and effective project execution.
• Drive innovation in renewable energy solutions by leveraging insights from cross-functional teams.
• Take ownership of Profit & Loss (PL) accounts for assigned projects.
• Develop documentation templates and resources to support Business Development and Project teams.

Coordination and Communication:

• Coordinate with Sales & Marketing, Supply Chain Management, Land, Power Evacuation, Legal, and other departments to finalize business development documents.
• Monitor and follow up on Management Information System (MIS) checkpoints daily to identify potential barriers in sales or project processes related to project PL accounts.
• Facilitate communication among departments to optimize processes and resource allocation.
• Resolve interdepartmental challenges to improve collaboration and project delivery.

Continuous Improvement:

• Implement best practices and process optimizations customized to project requirements.
• Identify opportunities for cost savings, efficiency gains, and sustainability improvements.
• Foster a culture of innovation, teamwork, and continuous improvement across departments.
