Job Description
Job Role & Responsibilities :
- Performing interviews for entry-level positions in Collection and Revenue Cycle Management (RCM)
- Evaluate and shortlist candidates based on their communication skills, thought processes, and comprehension abilities.
- Pose pertinent scenario-based questions and evaluate candidates' responses
- Clarify any queries during the interview and assess the candidate's capability to meet targets.
- Accurately document interviewing information in the systems application.
- Offer constructive feedback to candidates.
- Collaborate with the recruitment team for daily administrative tasks.
- Demonstrate professionalism and respect when interacting with candidates.
- Maintain and publish reports.
- Participate in interview call calibrations.
- Perform other assigned responsibilities.
Candidate Requirements :
- 2+ Years of experience in a global Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) setting in the United States is required.
- Strong communication skills.
- Attentive listening skills.
- Proficiency.

Position Requirements :
- Working Days: Mon to Sat (Sun Week Off)
- Working hours: 8 (1hr break included)
- Shift Timing: 02:00 PM to 10:00 PM IST (Could change basis requirement)
- Required to travel self.
