Job Description

Job Role & Responsibilities :

  • Performing interviews for entry-level positions in Collection and Revenue Cycle Management (RCM)
  • Evaluate and shortlist candidates based on their communication skills, thought processes, and comprehension abilities.
  • Pose pertinent scenario-based questions and evaluate candidates' responses
  • Clarify any queries during the interview and assess the candidate's capability to meet targets.
  • Accurately document interviewing information in the systems application.
  • Offer constructive feedback to candidates.
  • Collaborate with the recruitment team for daily administrative tasks.
  • Demonstrate professionalism and respect when interacting with candidates.
  • Maintain and publish reports.
  • Participate in interview call calibrations.
  • Perform other assigned responsibilities.

Candidate Requirements :

  • 2+ Years of experience in a global Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) setting in the United States is required.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Attentive listening skills.
  • Proficiency.

Position Requirements :

  • Working Days: Mon to Sat (Sun Week Off)
  • Working hours: 8 (1hr break included)
  • Shift Timing: 02:00 PM to 10:00 PM IST (Could change basis requirement)
  • Required to travel self.
