Key Responsibilities

Teaching Your Subject (60% Focus)

• Teach theory and conduct practical sessions across the four modules of MSFC.
• Administer regular tests to monitor student learning and progress.
• Build a positive and strong school culture centered on learning and engagement.
• Conduct parent meetings to build awareness of skill development opportunities.
• Visit external organizations, gather best practices, and integrate learnings into the school curriculum.

Mentoring Students (20% Focus)

• Mentor students to identify trades and vocational areas for specialization.
• Guide students in exploring career opportunities post-Grade X.
• Support students in developing skills aligned with industry demands.

Leading Projects in School (20% Focus)

• Plan and execute projects to enhance student exposure to industry experts and internships.
• Collaborate with external partners and industries to provide hands-on learning experiences.
• Document and share project learnings to improve school programs.
