Key Responsibilities

Teaching Your Subject (60% focus)

• Use existing resources and design innovative Annual Plans, Unit Plans, and Lesson Plans.
• Teach Marathi to a class of approximately 30 students.
• Conduct regular tests and assessments to monitor learning and provide feedback.
• Build a positive and strong school culture focused on learning and joy.
• Collaborate with parents through regular meetings to ensure a supportive learning environment.

Mentoring Students (20% focus)

• Mentor 15-20 students throughout the year.
• Develop strategies to strengthen study habits, attendance, and student motivation, sharing plans with other teachers.
• Guide students in identifying a best-fit career path after Grade X.

Leading Projects in School (20% focus)

• Collaborate with the School Principal and Vice Principal to lead projects such as Annual Day, Sports Day, and Hobby Clubs.
• Use these opportunities to enhance leadership skills and mentor new teachers.
