Associate Teacher - Maths & Science

Key Responsibilities

Teaching & Classroom Excellence (60% Focus)

• Teach one or two subjects aligned with expertise (e.g., Science, Mathematics, etc.) to assigned grades.
• Design and deliver engaging lesson plans aligned to curriculum goals.
• Conduct regular tests, assessments, and data analysis to monitor student progress.
• Provide timely feedback and targeted academic support to students.
• Build a positive classroom culture focused on high expectations, learning, and joy.
• Collaborate with parents through regular meetings to ensure strong home-school partnership.

Student Mentorship (20% Focus)

• Mentor 15–20 students throughout the academic year.
• Develop individualized plans to strengthen study habits, attendance, and motivation.
• Track mentee progress and intervene proactively when challenges arise.
• Share best practices and mentoring strategies with peers to strengthen the ecosystem.

School Projects & Leadership Development (20% Focus)

• Collaborate with Senior Teachers to implement school-wide initiatives such as Hobby Clubs, Career Awareness programs, Annual Day, and Sports Day.
• Contribute to holistic student development beyond academics.
• Build leadership capacity by supporting and mentoring new teachers.
• Actively participate in school improvement initiatives.
