Key Responsibilities

Teaching & Classroom Excellence (60% Focus)

• Teach Social Studies to assigned grades with strong subject mastery and engaging pedagogy.
• Design structured lesson plans aligned to curriculum standards and learning outcomes.
• Conduct regular assessments and analyze student data to inform instruction.
• Provide constructive feedback and targeted academic interventions.
• Build a positive classroom culture that promotes curiosity, critical thinking, and civic awareness.
• Engage parents through regular meetings to ensure strong academic and behavioral support at home.

Student Mentorship (20% Focus)

• Mentor 15–20 students through the academic year.
• Develop personalized plans to improve attendance, study habits, and motivation.
• Monitor student progress and proactively address challenges.
• Share effective mentoring practices with peers to strengthen student support systems.

School Projects & Leadership Development (20% Focus)

• Collaborate with Senior Teachers on school initiatives such as Hobby Clubs, Career Awareness programs, Annual Day, and Sports Day.
• Contribute to holistic student development beyond academics.
• Support new teachers and build leadership capacity within the school.
• Actively participate in school improvement efforts.
