Key Responsibilities

Teaching Your Subject (60% Focus)

• Teach one or two art subjects to assigned classes with engaging and effective pedagogy.
• Conduct regular assessments and provide feedback to monitor student learning.
• Build a positive and inspiring school culture with a focus on creativity, learning, and joy.
• Engage parents through regular meetings to ensure active involvement in their child's learning.

Mentoring Students (20% Focus)

• Mentor 15–20 students throughout the academic year.
• Help students develop strong study habits, consistent attendance, and motivation to excel.
• Share mentoring strategies and best practices with peers across the school network.

Supporting School Projects (20% Focus)

• Collaborate with Senior Teachers to implement school projects such as Hobby Clubs, Career Awareness programs, Annual Day, and Sports Day.
• Use these initiatives to strengthen leadership skills and mentor new teachers.
• Promote creative expression through school-wide art projects and activities.
