Job Description
Role & responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle for healthcare positions (specialty/ super specialty doctors, nurses, paramedical staff, and healthcare administrators) in India.
- Source and attract candidates using job portals, professional networks, social media, and referrals.
- Screen, interview, and assess candidates to match client requirements.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between clients and candidates, ensuring smooth communication.
- Maintain and update candidate pipelines and recruitment trackers regularly.
- Develop strong relationships with healthcare professionals, educational institutions, and industry networks.
- Collaborate with the team on UAE/GCC recruitment projects when required.
- Stay updated on hiring trends, compliance, and licensing requirements within Indias healthcare sector.
Preferred candidate profile
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Life Sciences, or related field.
- 1–4 years of recruitment experience (healthcare recruitment preferred). Fresh graduates with a strong interest in healthcare hiring may also be considered.
- Knowledge of the Indian healthcare industry is essential; exposure to UAE/GCC healthcare recruitment will be an advantage.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong sourcing ability through job portals, LinkedIn, and direct networks.
- Good organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple assignments.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and applicant tracking tools.
