Roles and Responsibility

• Design and implement scalable solutions using ITIL foundation and BMC Remedy ITSM.
• Manage fault management L1 processes and ensure high-quality service delivery.
• Develop and maintain UNIX fundamentals and commands for efficient system administration.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize project requirements.
• Utilize JIRA for project tracking and management.
• Create PERL scripts to automate tasks and improve efficiency.

Job Requirements

• Strong understanding of OSS foundation and its applications.
• Excellent design thinking skills to develop innovative solutions.
• Effective verbal and assertive communication skills for interacting with clients and stakeholders.
• Experience with SKU Telecom TUK Fault Management L1 is desirable.
• Familiarity with ITSM tools such as BCM Remedy is an advantage.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
