Job Description
- Customer Acquisition: Proactively acquiring new current account customers in a designated branch area to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Sales Strategy: Developing and implementing sales strategies, including catchment mapping and identifying sales opportunities.
- Customer Engagement: Interacting directly with potential customers to understand their needs and explain the features and benefits of current account products.
- Relationship Management: Building strong, long-term relationships with customers to ensure their satisfaction and retention.
- Activation: Ensuring newly acquired customers are registered and activated for direct banking channels.
- Cross-selling: Capitalizing on customer relationships to identify and grow additional revenue potential.
- Support: Assisting the Sales Manager with feedback and other sales-related activities.
