Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Own the complete product lifecycle — from ideation and requirement gathering to launch and continuous improvement.
- Develop product strategies aligned with business objectives and user needs.
- Collaborate with design, engineering, marketing, and operations teams to build and scale products.
- Analyze product performance, user behavior, and market trends to inform data-driven decisions.
- Prioritize product features and enhancements using a structured roadmap approach.
- Conduct user research, A/B testing, and competitor analysis to drive product innovation.
- Ensure seamless and timely product releases with cross-functional coordination.
- Act as the voice of the customer while balancing technical and business constraints.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Must currently be in a Product Manager role with at least 2 years in the same position at the current organization.
- Hands-on experience in Ecommerce, D2C, or B2C startups with end-to-end product delivery.
- Strong understanding of product development frameworks (Agile, Scrum, etc.).
- Ability to translate business needs into actionable product features.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience with tools like JIRA, Mixpanel, Figma, GA/GTM, or equivalent.
