Associate Product Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Plan out the product strategy of Miko Parent App and Miko Max subscription
• Identify customer needs and pain-points through research, customer feedback analysis and convert them to measurable opportunities.
• Go deep to solve problems and balance your action-bias with end-states.
• Own metrics related to various funnels and have a perspective on its current, past, and future trends based on user engagement trends.
• Brainstorming with Product leaders to convert opportunities to scalable ideas and write BRDs and PRDs
• Task prioritization via proper sprint planning while maintaining velocity and timely bug resolutions.
• Timely identification and escalation of breaks/changes in your metrics and root cause the same.
• Plan and coordinate with UX and design team, technology and business stakeholders for driving key outcomes

Requirements

• Min 1+ years of product management experience in consumer internet products and/or B2C business
• Experience in kids products, gaming apps is preferred
• Experience managing mobile app product
• Experience in App UI/UX and strong understanding of new user journey
• Strong business mindset with data driven decision making
• Zest for learning, hustlers and Do-ers.
• Good communication skills along with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross functional teams
• Strong time management skills
