Associate-Medical Transcriptionist

Responsibilities:

• Transcribe medical reports and documents accurately and efficiently
• Listen to audio recordings from healthcare providers and convert them into clear, structured written reports
• Edit and proofread transcriptions to ensure accuracy, clarity, and completeness
• Adhere to confidentiality protocols and data security guidelines at all times
• Maintain accurate records of all transcriptions, updates, and revisions
• Collaborate with healthcare providers to clarify unclear or incomplete information
• Provide training and support to other transcriptionists when required
