Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain patient medical records to ensure accuracy and confidentiality
• Retrieve and provide medical records to authorized personnel as needed
• Conduct regular audits of medical records to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
• Collaborate with healthcare providers to update and correct medical records
• Provide training and support to staff on medical records management
• Maintain accurate records of medical records activities and transactions
