Job Description

  • Acquire Current and Savings Accounts within the assigned segment and geography
  • Generate leads and references from the specified catchment area
  • Ensure high-quality sourcing with the right product and segment mix
  • Conduct on-ground activities to acquire quality and HNI customers
  • Support catchment mapping and branch scoping activities
  • Activate customers on digital banking platforms and encourage digital adoption
  • Cross-sell banking products such as insurance, POS machines, and merchant acquiring solutions
  • Work on central sales initiatives and drive referral-based acquisition
  • Maintain strong visibility in the local market to enhance brand presence
  • Ensure strict adherence to sales compliance, SOPs, and regulatory guidelines
  • Provide regular feedback to Senior Sales Manager and Branch Manager on customer insights and opportunities
  • Collaborate with internal teams and support functions to deliver comprehensive banking solutions
  • Maintain service quality and ensure customer satisfaction
