Job Description

  • The Associate Manager - Administration will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of administrative functions within the organization.
  • This position requires a proactive individual who can handle a variety of administrative tasks while supporting the overall goals of the team.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily administrative operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Manage office supplies and inventory, ensuring timely replenishment.
  • Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of administrative policies and procedures.
  • Serve as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Support the HR department in recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement activities.
  • Prepare and maintain accurate records and reports related to administrative activities.
  • Assist in budget management and financial reporting for administrative functions.

Skills and Qualifications

  • 4-8 years of experience in administration or related field.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Experience with office management software and tools.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with HR processes and best practices is a plus.
