Job Description
- The Associate Manager - Administration will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of administrative functions within the organization.
- This position requires a proactive individual who can handle a variety of administrative tasks while supporting the overall goals of the team.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily administrative operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
- Manage office supplies and inventory, ensuring timely replenishment.
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Assist in the development and implementation of administrative policies and procedures.
- Serve as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
- Support the HR department in recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement activities.
- Prepare and maintain accurate records and reports related to administrative activities.
- Assist in budget management and financial reporting for administrative functions.
Skills and Qualifications
- 4-8 years of experience in administration or related field.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Experience with office management software and tools.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Familiarity with HR processes and best practices is a plus.
