Job Description

Customer Acquisition & Account Management

  • Acquire current and savings account customers within the assigned catchment area
  • Generate quality leads and references from existing customers
  • Ensure high-quality acquisition in terms of product, segment, and constitution
  • Onboard and activate customers on digital banking platforms

Relationship & Territory Management

  • Assist Senior Sales Manager in catchment mapping and branch scoping exercises
  • Conduct field activities to acquire HNI and retail customers
  • Build strong visibility and engagement in the assigned territory

Compliance & Reporting

  • Ensure adherence to internal policies, SOPs, and regulatory guidelines
  • Provide regular feedback to Senior Sales Manager and Branch Manager
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and acquisitions

Cross-Selling & Revenue Growth

  • Promote additional banking products like insurance, merchant acquiring, POS solutions, and liabilities
  • Support key central initiatives and seek referrals from existing customers
