Associate Lead - Applications (AP4)

Application Development & Code Quality:

• Deliver high-quality, tested, and secure code adhering to industry-standard development practices
• Write efficient, well-structured, and maintainable code in technologies like C#.NET, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS
• Gather and refine technical specifications and transform them into scalable software solutions

D365 CRM & Power Platform Expertise:

• Develop and customize applications within Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement
• Build apps using Power Apps and integrate workflows using LogicApps and Power Automate
• Implement custom development with JScript, plugins, and CRM extensions

Integration & Azure Services:

• Design and implement robust API integrations using REST, SOA Web Services, and Microservices
• Work with Azure components such as Azure DevOps, Function Apps, and LogicApps for deployment and automation
• Develop backend service integrations for seamless enterprise application functionality

Software Design & Best Practices:

• Apply sound knowledge of software design patterns and principles to deliver clean and scalable solutions
• Create technical documentation, architecture diagrams, and handbooks for long-term maintainability

Issue Resolution & Process Compliance:

• Perform root cause analysis and provide timely fixes for production issues
• Validate code changes with testing to prevent defect leakage
• Ensure compliance with SLAs and project delivery standards

Communication & Problem Solving:

• Exhibit strong verbal and written communication skills
• Demonstrate attention to detail and a proactive problem-solving approach
• Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to meet delivery goals
