Job Description
- Handling Legal aspect of inappropriate/ offensive media exposures
- Providing service to the entertainment sector and dealing with the areas of entertainment law which may overlap with intellectual property law
- Handle transactions for Media sector
- Handling inappropriate, offensive, or defamatory media exposure cases
- Risk assessment and legal vetting of media content before release
- Managing legal responses to public complaints and regulatory notices
