Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities

• Achieve annual revenue targets through new wins and sustaining existing business.
• Ensure customer delight and achieve CSAT survey targets through delivery excellence.
• Manage key engagements/projects and address delivery challenges with offshore teams.
• Address onsite staffing needs and periodically review with customer contacts, updating SLK management.
• Collaborate with customer sourcing teams for timely Work Order/SOW sign-off and invoice collection.
• Regular status reporting and manage compliance-related matters with customers.
• Collaborate with internal recruitment team for fulfilling onsite positions.
• Ensure talent management through upskilling and succession/progression planning.
• Maintain attrition below prescribed targets for the LOB/CBU.
• Ensure required gross margin targets are met while onboarding new candidates.
