Job Description

We are seeking a results-driven Associate General Manager to lead a large inside sales operation. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving revenue generation, managing team performance, and implementing strategic initiatives to optimize sales processes and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Revenue Generation: Drive the achievement of overall sales targets across all assigned verticals through inside sales. Monitor and ensure a minimum of 90% attainment of revenue goals and at least 80% target achievement per vertical.
  • Team Performance & Productivity: Manage the productivity of approximately 200 telecallers, ensuring a minimum of 10 calls/hour/telecaller and a lead conversion rate of at least 10%. Implement training and motivation strategies to improve performance.
  • Leadership & Team Development: Oversee and support the performance of 6 Team Leaders and 4 Sales Managers. Ensure all Team Leaders achieve at least 90% of their targets and that all managers adhere to their performance goals.
  • Process Optimization & Quality Control: Ensure full compliance with defined sales processes and SLAs (Service Level Agreements). Conduct regular audits, provide feedback, and aim for a customer satisfaction (CSAT) score of 85% or higher.
  • Reporting & Strategic Input: Ensure timely, accurate, and error-free reporting of sales performance data. Contribute at least one actionable strategic recommendation per month to optimize sales strategy and revenue outcomes.

Skills Required

  • A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; an MBA is preferred.
  • Proven experience in a similar sales leadership role.
  • The ability to manage large teams of telecallers and sales managers.
  • Strong analytical skills to monitor key metrics such as call volume, conversion rates, and revenue attainment.
  • Expertise in process optimization, quality control, and improving customer satisfaction.
  • Strategic thinking with the ability to provide actionable recommendations.
