Job Description
- Prepare and process invoices, payments, and other financial transactions
- Reconcile bank statements and maintain accurate financial records
- Prepare and analyze financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow reports
- Assist with the preparation of budgets and forecasts
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of fixed assets
- Assist with the preparation of tax returns and other government filings
- Respond to inquiries from internal and external customers regarding financial information
- Maintain and update financial systems and processes to ensure efficiency and accuracy.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
