Job Description

  • Prepare and process invoices, payments, and other financial transactions
  • Reconcile bank statements and maintain accurate financial records
  • Prepare and analyze financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow reports
  • Assist with the preparation of budgets and forecasts
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of fixed assets
  • Assist with the preparation of tax returns and other government filings
  • Respond to inquiries from internal and external customers regarding financial information
  • Maintain and update financial systems and processes to ensure efficiency and accuracy.
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
