Collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders to prioritize research goals aligned with market and business objectives
Work with South Asia Gas and Power (SA G&P) team leads to scope content, analyze data, and generate insights that inform strategic conclusions
Identify and solve key issues with a strategic lens in coordination with SA G&P research leadership

Program & Project Management

Manage project timelines and resources in coordination with SA G&P research leads to ensure timely, high-quality research outputs
Serve as the Gurgaon site lead for the Global Gas, Power, and Renewables (GPR) team, coordinating day-to-day operations

Client Engagement

Present research findings to existing clients and prospects to support the commercial team in strengthening relationships and driving business growth

Mentorship & Team Development

Provide mentorship and guidance to team members, supporting professional growth and development
Identify training needs and coordinate with relevant departments to deliver development programs

HR & Site Coordination (Gurgaon)

Assist in hiring processes for both regular and intern roles across GPR teams
Ensure smooth onboarding of new hires, collaborating with HR and relevant teams for documentation and orientation
Organize buddy programs and meet-and-greets to integrate new employees effectively
Host regular catch-ups to address team concerns and support employee well-being
Organize team-building activities such as lunches and group outings
Act as the central point of contact for all coordination and support needs at the Gurgaon site
Maintain in-office presence on anchor days to support cross-team collaboration

8+ years of experience in consulting, energy, financial services, or a knowledge-intensive sector
Bachelor's degree in economics, engineering, or a related field (advanced degrees a plus)
Deep knowledge of South Asia's power and renewable energy markets (e.g., trading, planning, policy, project development/finance)
Deep knowledge of South Asia's gas and LNG markets, including familiarity with trading, market planning, and policy development
Strong command of English, with the ability to present insights through reports, presentations, and live/web conferences
Commercially minded with excellent interpersonal and client-facing communication skills
Meticulous attention to detail and a results-driven approach to research and deliverables
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage deadlines independently
