Work within an Agile team to deliver high-quality, customer-centric software solutions aligned with business goals
Collaborate with software architects and developers to evaluate and modernize legacy Java applications
Design and implement modernization strategies such as refactoring, containerization, and microservices adoption
Build and maintain scalable, secure, and efficient solutions on AWS cloud infrastructure
Optimize application performance, reliability, and scalability for large-scale distributed systems
Conduct code reviews, contribute to architectural decisions, and provide constructive feedback
Troubleshoot and resolve complex application issues, ensuring timely resolution
Stay informed on industry trends and best practices in Java, microservices, and AWS technologies

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience)
11–15 years of hands-on experience in Java application development

Proficiency in Java, Spring Framework, and Hibernate
Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases
Familiarity with AWS services such as EC2, S3, Lambda, and RDS
Experience in application modernization, refactoring monoliths to microservices
Understanding of cloud-native design, containerization, and distributed systems
Ability to troubleshoot high-complexity issues in production-grade applications

Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Excellent communication and collaboration abilities in cross-functional teams
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, Agile environment

Experience with containerization tools such as Docker and AWS Fargate
Exposure to message queuing systems and high-transaction environments
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices is a plus
