Associate Director - Projects

We are seeking an experienced Associate Director - Projects to oversee the successful implementation and delivery of client solutions across various real estate and technology projects. This leadership role is crucial for ensuring high-quality service delivery, driving operational excellence, and achieving business objectives. You will be responsible for leading end-to-end operations, managing stakeholder relationships, and overseeing project profitability.

Key Responsibilities

• Project & Operational Leadership:
• Lead and oversee end-to-end operations across multiple projects, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.
• Drive operational excellence through process optimization, resource planning, and risk management.
• Monitor project performance metrics and implement corrective actions as needed.
• Financial Management:
• Manage P&L for assigned business units, ensuring profitability and cost efficiency.
• Demonstrate strong financial acumen with experience in managing project budgets and performance.
• Team & Stakeholder Management:
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, procurement, and client services, to align on project goals.
• Mentor and develop high-performing teams, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and stakeholders.
• Compliance & Standards:
• Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and contractual obligations.

Qualifications

• A B.Tech in Civil, Architecture, or Mechanical Engineering.
• Demonstrated experience in managing large teams and complex project portfolios.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• PMP or equivalent project management certification is preferred.
• Experience with ERP systems and project management tools is a plus.
• Exposure to international projects or clients is a plus.
• Professional experience in operations and project management within the construction, infrastructure, or engineering sectors.
