Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Co-Marketing Strategy & Execution

  • Lead end-to-end planning and execution of marketing campaigns with strategic partners.
  • Develop go-to-market strategies for partner initiatives, define success metrics, and ensure alignment with overall business objectives.
  • Manage campaign execution across multiple partner platforms to maximize reach, engagement, and conversions.

Performance Analytics & Reporting

  • Develop Excel-based models and dashboards to track campaign performance, ROI, and partner-driven growth metrics.
  • Analyze marketing funnel performance and conversion trends to identify opportunities for optimization.
  • Generate regular reports and insights to support data-driven marketing decisions.

Stakeholder Collaboration

  • Work closely with partner managers, product teams, brand teams, content teams, and analytics teams to deliver integrated marketing initiatives.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure consistent messaging and seamless campaign execution.

Market & Consumer Insights

  • Leverage internal and external data sources to identify target audience segments, content preferences, and engagement drivers.
  • Translate consumer insights into partner-specific marketing strategies and narratives that resonate with audiences.

Enablement & Playbooks

  • Develop scalable marketing templates, frameworks, and playbooks to support partner marketing initiatives across the organization.
  • Share campaign success stories, best practices, and insights to drive alignment and replication of successful strategies.
